Meridian Care is San Antonio's premier, licensed, 117-bed, skilled nursing facility specializing in Ventilator and Trach Care, Wound Care and Complete Rehabilitation Services. We offer Ventilator Care and Pulmonary Rehabilitation as well as an elite rehabilitation and skilled nursing staff which is dedicated to providing high quality care for both long-term and short-term residents.
